The collar works great! I had a problem with a piece breaking off the collar, and the company replaced the collar without question! Great customer service and a great product!

This collar is amazing! our dog does really well with just the tone. This is a really good investment and training collar, especially with a dog that needs "reminders" not to go into a muddy pond!

Product doesn't work through fur. Shocks work fine on human skin, but they don't make it through the thin fur of a small pet. He doesn't notice even the high level of shock.

This works really great! I haven't had to use the shock button, just the vibrate and he is fine. This gives him our whole yard to run and play with no worries. Thank you so much!
