My dog was a massive absconder, this bad habit was making walks unbearable and it was become a chore rather than a pleasure. The device was recommended to me by my trainer Family Dog Services to be used in conjunction with other techniques and after only a few shots on a variety of occasions we might have nipped this in the bud. Ecstatic doesn’t come close! I would say the website for registering the product for warranty isn’t particular helpful and this is still something I need to do but so far so good.

Excellent product, very easy to use and extremely effective. Different levels of intensity make for an effective tool regardless of dogs age or size. I contacted the seller about buying separate accessories and was answered in a matter of ours. Accessories couldn’t be found so the seller sent another kit free of charge! Great experience all around.
